Resumo: From an analysis of the fragility of controls that led to the economic and social crises after 2008 and their consequences for citizens, an approach is taken over the relevance of the multitude of controls that should be called upon by public administration within the Rule of Law. The various powers of control are required to play an essential role, even if performed at different perspectives and levels and by different actors. Social, constitutional, administrative, financial and criminal control mechanisms are developed, framed in a public and private transnational dimension, taking into account the demands of transparency due to citizens.

Aos vários poderes de controlo é exigido um papel essencial, ainda que executados em perspectivas e níveis diferentes e por atores diferenciados.
