Resumo: Human Rights entered the spotlight of the world stage with greater power after the Second World War. Where the international community has agreed and launched the establishment of global and universal standards for the protection of rights, under the expectation that all States and all powers will be under the cloak of international human rights law. However, in order to achieve this expectation, it is necessary to think or rethink whether it is possible to have a universalization of human rights, compatible with a plural and global diversity of international legal orders and systems, which provides and coexists universal human rights, with this diversity of legal orders, of plural and varied traditions and cultures, in the most diverse nations.

A comunidade internacional pactuou e lançou o estabelecimento de padrões globais e universais de proteção de direitos, sob a expectativa de todos os Estados e todos os poderes ficarem sob o manto da lei internacional de direitos humanos.
