Resumo: A survey aimed to identify the impact of the pandemic on the daily life of the nursing team and the importance of good management. It is a scope review study, with research carried out in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Science databases (LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF) with the following descriptors: COVID-19, nursing, mental health, already in PUBMED, with the descriptors: COVID-19, nursing, psychological, mental health, psychological suffering and Burnout, the PRISMA model was also used, in the form of a modified checklist, it helped in the selection of articles, following the criteria of identification, selection, eligibility and inclusion. The results presented by anxiety, depression and Burnout as the predominant symptoms in nursing professionals. In view of this situation, it is projected that team management, psychological support, provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and training, increase saber, self-confidence, also making the work environment safer, both for patients and for patients. professionals.

É um estudo de revisão de escopo, com pesquisas realizadas  nas bases de dados Literatura Latino Americana e do Caribe em Ciência da Saúde (LILACS), Base de dados em Enfermagem (BDENF) com os seguintes descritores:  COVID-19, nursing, mental health, já no PUBMED,  com os descritores:  COVID-19, nursing, psychological, mental health, psychological suffering  e Burnout, o modelo PRISMA também foi utilizado, em forma de checklist modificado, o mesmo auxiliou na seleção dos artigos, seguindo os critérios de identificação, seleção, elegibilidade e inclusão. Os resultados mostram a ansiedade, depressão e Burnout como os sintomas predominantes nos profissionais de enfermagem.
