Resumo: Studying nursing care in high-risk pregnancy is essential for nurses to understand the necessary interventions in this type of pregnancy, and what preventive measures can be used to avoid premature birth or fetal loss. Another important issue to be highlighted throughout the work is the impact of external factors on high-risk pregnancy, since the family, environment, work environment are the main external factors associated with a pregnancy and can directly influence it. To discuss which main nursing care should be used in high-risk pregnancy, and how external factors impact pregnancy. The search was then carried out in the following NCBI/PubMed databases(National Center for BiotechnologyInformation), SciELO (Scientific Electronic Lirary Online), Google Scholar and Lilacs - Bireme (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Science Health). As for the delimitation of related topics, the following criteria were used: articles available in full, in Portuguese and English, from 2014 to 2021 with free access and based on the theme. Ten articles were chosen for analysis that discuss aspects related to nursing care in high-risk pregnancy and the impact of external factors in this pregnancy. the occurrence of complications and minimizes the prominent risks to pregnant women. In this way, nurses play an essential role in raising awareness of high-risk pregnant women, and preventing the negative impacts of external factors present in a high-risk pregnancy.

Outra questão importante de ser destaca ao longo do trabalho é o impacto dos fatores externos na gestação de alto risco, pois, a família, meio ambiente, ambiente de trabalho que são os principais fatores externos associados a uma gestação e podem influir diretamente nela. Discutir quais os principais cuidados de enfermagem devem ser utilizados na gestação de risco, e como fatores externos impactam na gestação. Realizou-se então a pesquisa nas seguintes bases de dados NCBI/PubMed (National Center for BiotechnologyInformation), SciELO (Scientific Eletronic Lirary Online), Google Acadêmico e Lilacs - Bireme (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde). Quanto a delimitação dos tópicos relacionados usou-se os seguintes criterios: artigos disponíveis na integra, em português e inglês, no período de 2014 a 2021 com acesso gratuito e que tivessem fundamento com tema. Foram escolhidos para análise 10 artigos que discutem aspectos correlacionados aos cuidados de enfermagem na gestação de alto risco e ainda, impacto dos fatores externos nesta gestação, foi possível através destes estudos compreender que a assistência do enfermeiro na gestação de alto risco previne a ocorrência de intercorrências e minimiza os riscos proeminentes às gestantes.
