Resumo: | Healthcare aimed at terminal patients must be guided by ethical and humanistic principles, taking into account the patient's needs with the utmost respect and technical application. In this sense, the nurse works in this scenario as a professional qualified for drug administration, as well as with the help of palliative nursing. To analyze the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure based on the performance of the nursing team. This is an integrative literature review, the databases used are: NCBI/PubMed (National Center for BiotechnologyInformation), SciELO (Scientific Electronic Lirary Online), Academic Google and Lilacs - Bireme (Latin American Literature and the Caribbean in Health Sciences). To delimit the contents, inclusion criteria were used: articles available in full, in Portuguese and English, published in the period from 2015 to 2021 with free access and dealing with the topic. Ten articles were discussed in order to demonstrate that nursing should promote specialized and humanized care within chronic renal patients, encouraging patients and not just acting in the technical aspect, it is also highlighted that the training of the team of nursing is essential for the exercise of quality work. It is concluded that chronic kidney patients undergo invasive treatments and need medical and hospital care more often than other patients, contact with the nursing staff represents more than half of the treatment, requiring an assertive action and technique, understanding the nuances of palliative care. |

Sustenere Publishing2021-11-11info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://sustenere.inf.br/index.php/sciresalutis/article/view/647210.6008/CBPC2236-9600.2022.001.0023Scire Salutis; Vol. 12 No. 1 (2022): Scire Salutis - Out, Nov, Dez 2021, Jan 2022; 210-219Scire Salutis; Vol. 12 Núm. 1 (2022): Scire Salutis - Out, Nov, Dez 2021, Jan 2022; 210-219Scire Salutis; v. 12 n. 1 (2022): Scire Salutis - Out, Nov, Dez 2021, Jan 2022; 210-2192236-9600reponame:Scire Salutisinstname:Companhia Brasileira de Produção Científica (CBPC)instacron:ESSporenghttps://sustenere.inf.br/index.php/sciresalutis/article/view/6472/3496https://sustenere.inf.br/index.php/sciresalutis/article/view/6472/3497Copyright (c) 2021 Scire Salutishttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAraújo, Débora Eduarda MontalvãoSouza, Camila Silva e 2023-01-04T20:16:22Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/6472Revistahttps://sustenere.co/index.php/sciresalutisONGhttps://sustenere.co/index.php/sciresalutis/oai||carlos@arvore.org.br2236-96002236-9600opendoar:2023-01-04T20:16:22Scire Salutis - Companhia Brasileira de Produção Científica (CBPC)false |
