Resumo: In this article the author tries to demonstrate how the Protestantism entered in Brazil and the difficulties encountered. Its important keep in mind that this country was a colony and had his structure established by a very Catholic country, Portugal.  It will show the arrival of some denominations as: Anglican, Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian, Baptist and Adventist.
