Resumo: This is a brief report on the seminar Liturgy and Performance with Professor Dr. David Plüss, in Faculdades EST, in May 2013. The paper presents the understanding of Plüss about liturgy and performance, and from this understanding, analyzes the Protestant worship as an inter-relationship between representation and communication. Aspects of the liturgy as the biblical text, prayer, ritual and blessing and the role of the liturgist are briefly discussed.
