Entretanto, falar de Paulo nas igrejas cristãs tornou-se rotina, por vezes, enfadonha e repetitiva, sendo, portanto, importante redefinir Paulo, estudar sua vida e suas cartas. E, apesar da vasta literatura que aborda aspectos da vida e teologia de Paulo, esse é um assunto fascinante e quase inesgotável. Dessa forma, o objetivo desse trabalho foi traçar uma linha histórica sobre alguns pontos da trajetória de Paulo, desde as suas origens familiares, educação, infância e adolescência, perpassando por sua conversão e viagens missionárias, até suas prisões e morte, bem como pontuar sobre sua teologia. Na conclusão desse trabalho ressalta-se a dedicação de Paulo em divulgar o Evangelho a povos distantes, sendo considerado, por muitos autores, como o bandeirante dos Evangelhos. However, to speak of Paul in the Christian churches has become routine and sometimes boring and repetitive. Therefore, it is important to redefine Paul, study his life and his letters. And, despite the vast literature which deals with aspects of the life and theology of Paul, this is a fascinating and almost inexhaustible subject. In this way, the goal of this paper is to outline a historical line about some points of Paul’s trajectory, from his family origins, education, infancy and adolescence passing through his conversion and missionary travels, up to his imprisonments and death, as well as dealing with his theology.
