Uma análise simbólica que busca estabelecer elos entre o filme Her (Ela) e as noções teológicas de futuro e esperança são o objeto de estudo desta dissertação. Para tanto, dividimos o trabalho em três capítulos. No primeiro capítulo, intitulado Cinema e Teologia Prática, é feita a exposição das raízes históricas do Cinema bem como suas características artísticas, linguísticas, narrativas e comerciais. Na segunda parte do primeiro capítulo, é apresentado o potencial do Cinema enquanto púlpito, sendo relacionado com o conceito de cosmovisão e mídia. O segundo capítulo, Futuro e Teologia Prática, visa expor as principais características do pensamento sobre o futuro na história e no presente, a relação deste com a Teologia Prática e como as diferentes ideias de futuro são apresentadas no Cinema. Ainda no segundo capítulo, são apresentadas as ideias da Teologia da Esperança, o conceito de Escatologia, além de como a relação entre fé, esperança e tecnologia tem moldado os principais estudos sobre o futuro na atualidade. O terceiro capítulo, Um olhar para o filme Her, mostra-nos algumas das metodologias e técnicas de análise fílmica visando apresentar uma análise do filme Her (Ela). Essa análise busca entender quais as principais visões de futuro reveladas no filme, bem como as suas relações com as temáticas da esperança e da espiritualidade, conforme os capítulos anteriores.This paper is configured as a reflection about the possible relations between the ideas of what future is expressed in contemporary culture and Practical Theology. A symbolic analysis which seeks to establish connections between the film Her and the theological notions of future and hope are the study object of this thesis. For this, we divided the paper into three chapters. In the first chapter, entitled Cinema e Teologia Prática, an exposition is made of the historical roots of Cinema as well as of its artistic, linguistic, narrative and commercial characteristics. In the second part of the first chapter, the potential of Cinema as a pulpit, being related with the concept of cosmovision and media is presented. The second chapter, Futuro e Teologia Prática, aims at presenting the main characteristics of the thinking about the future in history and in present times, the relation of this to Practical Theology and how the different ideas of future are presented in the Cinema. Still in the second chapter the ideas of the Theology of Hope are presented as well as the concept of Eschatology, and how the relation between faith, hope and technology have shaped the main studies about the future in current times. The third chapter, Um olhar para o filme Her, shows us some of the methodologies and techniques of film analysis aiming at presenting an analysis of the film Her.
