Resumo: O presente artigo tem o objetivo de refletir sobre alguns pontos principais do incidente de resolução de demandas repetitivas previsto no Novo Código de Processo Civil (Lei Federal nº 13.105/2015). Analisam-se os alguns avanços e desafios do referido instituto na busca pela uniformização da jurisprudência e propõem-se algumas possí­veis soluções e interpretações para aumentar sua eficiência processual.
