Currently, choosing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is one of the most sensitive processes in an organization. As this is a system that will support and integrate the entire business, it is important that the best solution is decided, in order to contribute to the organization's competitiveness in an increasingly aggressive market with ever smaller margins. Therefore, it is essential to use analytical tools capable of adequately supporting decision making, making what is complex and sometimes intangible, in simple and quantifiable elements, making the entire decision-making process simpler, more efficient and more effective. The present work has the purpose of choosing an ERP system among three available options. Methodologically, we used the Analytic Hierarchy Process, where the criteria were compared in parity by the owner of the company together with its partner. At the end of the application of the method, the system that adheres more to the characteristics of the company and its public is reached.
