Resumo: This article aims to analyze International Trade, discussing the international contracts made, the rules that precede them and its clauses, highlighting the clauses applicable in situations that allow the non-execution of them for reasons of Force Majeure during the execution of the agreed contract and the use of the Hardship clause that aims to increase the support of the parties involved in a contract.
