This research aims at developing a guide with personal and patrimonial safety guidelines for health professionals and clinics. One of the most important aspects related to the management of micro and small companies is the personal and patrimonial security. In health clinics, the situation is deepened, because most of them have only the health professional, facilitating robberies and thefts. Therefore, a bibliographical review was conducted to know general and specific guidelines for security in the health field and a first version of the guide was elaborated. Then, it was made an evaluation by a dentist, who assessed whether the guide was understandable, besides a colonel of the Military Police and a Civil Police chief. According to their experience, the concepts were correct. Then, we adjusted the document and a validation with the same professionals was done using Likert scale. All the participants approved the final version of the guide.
