Resumo: It presents the public health system regulation concepts and conceptions, with emphasis in the population access regulation to the biomedical technologies, towards the relation between the Single Health System management and managers with the specialized complementary health services of medium and high complexity workers network. It approaches the regulation macro and micro dimensions constant in the Pact for Health and in the Brazilian Regulation National Politics. It deals with the regulation in the Single Health System legal scope and also with the everyday services with the private contracted sector, besides the state net, in the population access offer and guarantee to the assistance resources demanded. It also approaches the possible contributions to the access regulation in the comprehensive attention – regulated integrality, in order to have the effective individual assistance and therapeutic succeed, in the Single Health System secondary and tertiary levels

Trata da regulação no âmbito legal do SUS e também no cotidiano dos serviços com o setor privado contratualizado, além da rede própria estatal, na oferta e garantia do acesso da população aos recursos assistenciais demandados.
