Resumo: The present study aims at analyzing the Brazilian penitentiary system and its flaws, from then on analyzing the possible juridical context, finding an exit to the resocialization difficulty that currently exists in the Brazilian prison system. The foundation of the present study seeks to understand the criminal behavior under the vision of Logotherapy and to analyze the human being as a being invariably seeking a meaning for his life. From the viewpoint of Therapeutics the present study seeks the light of Viktor Frankl's psychotherapy to understand the individual and from this moment to raise plausible and factual questions for his resocialization. When using the therapeutic technique Logoterápica seeks to readjust the encounter with the meaning of his life and to achieve along with this that his criminal attitude before his treatment does not occur again after the fulfillment of the penalty of his crime and that the distressed person will be able to return to daily life with the society outside the penitentiary walls.

O alicerce do presente estudo busca entender os comportamentos delituosos sob a visão da Logoterapia e analisar o ser humano como um ser em busca invariavelmente de um sentido para sua vida. Sob a ótica Logoterápica o presente estudo busca a luz da psicoterapia de Viktor Frankl entender o indivíduo e a partir deste momento levantar questões plausíveis e fáticas para sua ressocialização.
