The present study aims at analyzing the impact of the Labor Reform on the Trade Union activity and its denial of employee vulnerability, based on the idea of ​​direct negotiation between employee and employer, based on a preliminary analysis and an evolutionary historical analysis of Brazilian unionism. , without the need for collective bargaining to establish certain rules, as well as the end of compulsory union contribution. The theme is extremely current and important, given that the Labor Reform is the most recent and daring modification of the Labor Law Consolidation, made too fast, whose impacts, despite their recent validity, are already being felt, mainly by unions , which with the end of the compulsory union contribution, have had their union contribution drastically reduced. The basis of the Labor Reform was the idea of ​​direct negotiation between employer and employer, the weakening of union activity, as well as the removal of labor law principles.
