Within the scope of the CNPQ productivity research project of the signatory (STATE AND CONSTITUTION. The “end of the Rule of Law”: new technologies vs. constitutional guarantees), and the subject Transformations of the Constitutional State, under its responsibility, was produced a set of reflections that are now gathered in this volume – Connections. State, Law, Technology. Students and researchers from the Post-Graduate Program in Law at the FDV contributed to it. They autonomously produced reflections that open space for new understandings of the subject. suggested here. Obviously these are initial constructions, but at the same time they reflect the contemporaneity of what is produced here.
