Resumo: | The article intends to discuss the relations between codes and practices of young and female workers in the textile industry of Blumenau, with emphasis on the dimension of everyday life, full of creative strategies in the workplace. In a world of constant exchanges of experience, the emphasis fell on the daily work and the development of solidarity codes, with subtle attitudes inverting the disciplinary order: eating cakes in the production sector, using boxes and other equipment to build an area of conversation and play during the working hours, and stipulating gestures and signs that indicated the presence of headmen. |

Editora FGV2016-11-16info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.fgv.br/reh/article/view/63778Revista Estudos Históricos; Vol. 29 No. 59 (2016): Worlds of Labor; 725-744Revista Estudos Históricos; v. 29 n. 59 (2016): Mundos do Trabalho; 725-7442178-14940103-2186reponame:Estudos Históricos (Rio de Janeiro)instname:Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV)instacron:FGVporhttps://periodicos.fgv.br/reh/article/view/63778/62625Copyright (c) 2016 Revista Estudos Históricosinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessFerreira, Cristina2017-09-06T14:30:42Zoai:ojs.periodicos.fgv.br:article/63778Revistahttps://periodicos.fgv.br/rehONGhttps://periodicos.fgv.br/reh/oai||biblioteca.digital@fgv.br||eh@fgv.br2178-14940103-2186opendoar:2024-03-06T13:02:02.504982Estudos Históricos (Rio de Janeiro) - Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV)true |
