Resumo: This article relies on rereadings of the TQM masters, searches for the nature of the relationship among quality, education and human spirit and finds a common phenomenological orientation toward new leveIs of development of quality, education and spiritual advancement, permanently. While quality seems more what is pursued by the humane, education seems more what is founding this human drive. Those findings reinforce and darify the TQ philosophy, challenging public and private organizations in terms of know how to operate the transformation of the TQ philosophy into a way of working and living.
