Resumo: This article, supporting the need for transforming changes in organizations, adopts an alternative and integrative approach to the origin of difficulties in the implementation of this kind of change. For this purpose it adopts cognitive biology and the concept of linguistic interaction network as a framework to suggest how the mental process of cognition works on how collective life knows-learns-changes.
