Knowledge, organizational learning and power in the net: a case study of the Board of Education and Cultures of Coahuila, Mexico

Resumo: This study is based on the gap identified in studies of organizational learning and power. For this, it aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge, organizational learning and power, which allows controlling, from implementation, monitoring and evaluation of an English Teaching National Program by the Board of Education and Culture of Coahuila, Mexico. As a benchmark, it makes use of the literature of learning and knowledge, power and controlling. Specifically, it describes the ordering ability of textual elements in a net. Through a qualitative case study it verified how the flow of knowledge (accumulation and utilization) and the exercise of power happen, where mediators act, configuring the process of individual and organizational learning.

Para esto, se analiza la relación entre el conocimiento, el aprendizaje organizacional y el poder, que permite el control de la implementación, el seguimiento y la evaluación de un Programa Nacional de Enseñanza del Inglés de la Coordinación de la Secretaría de Educación y Cultura de Coahuila, México. Como punto de referencia, se utiliza la literatura de aprendizaje y conocimiento, del poder y del control. Específicamente, se describe: la fuerza ordenadora de los elementos textualizados en una red. A través de un estudio de caso cualitativo verificase cómo es el flujo de conocimientos (acumulación y utilización) y el ejercicio del poder, donde actúan los mediadores, configurando el proceso de aprendizaje individual y organizacional.O presente estudo parte da lacuna identificada de estudos de aprendizagem organizacional e poder. Para isso, tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre conhecimento, aprendizagem organizacional e poder, que permite controle, a partir da implantação, seguimento e avaliação de um Programa Nacional de Ensino de Inglês pela Coordenação da Secretaria da Educação e Cultura em Coahuila, México. Como referencial, vale-se da literatura de aprendizagem e conhecimento, poder e controle. Especificamente, versa sobre: a força ordenadora dos elementos textualizados na rede.
