Resumo: Rodrigo, chairman of the committee of a political party in a small municipality in the state of São Paulo, had the challenge of forming the list of pre-candidates for the City Council in the 2020 elections and then deciding on the distribution of party resources for election campaigns. His journey and the situations he experienced with other characters reflect challenges in overcoming the political under-representation of women.
