Resumo: In its almost two centuries of existence, Pelotas staged a cultural tradition recognized in all the corners of the state of Rio Grande do Sul and, even in the national rank. Since long, working with Art has been a process subject to setbacks, for the reason that its product is not tangible and does not grant ownership to its consumers most of the time. When it comes to happen, these products not always follow the capitalist logic of the consumerism market - which seeks to sell more quantity than quality - with the resulting tendency to an unsustainable production and distribution.
