Resumo: | Exploratory study to identify the factors that have sped or limited the jurisdictional activity in the State of Espírito Santo, and what kind of quick actions could be adopted. It analyses the factors listed by thirty people interviewed who were directly related to the Labor Justice, using the systemic approach and its characteristics of 'togaed bureaucracy'. The orientation of the proposal of change is in the means of considering the Labor Justice as an organization subject to efficiency, efficacy and productivity criteria, thus improving its performance basically in what concerns speed and valorization of the human being (internally, its human resources; and externally, its users). It concludes for the necessity of innovations to lead to different solutions instead of the conventional ones, such as the increase in the number of judges and Labor Courts. The improvement of information systems and the evaluation of the results, in addition to changes in the labor law, especially the legal proceedings, are some of the actions that can lead to overcome the restrictive factors, which will result in collective benefit. |

La orientación de Ia propuesta de cambio es en ei sentido de tratar Ia Justicia dei Trabajo dei Estado de Espírito Santo como una organización sujeta critérios de eficiência, eficácia productividad, mej orando su actuación basicamente en Io que se refiere agilidad valorización dei hombre (en ei âmbito interno, sea, sus recursos humanos; externo, sus usuários). Concluye en Ia necesidad de innovaciones que conduzcan soluciones diferentes de Ias convencionales, como ei aumento dei número de jueces, juzgados tribunales. La mejora dei sistema de información de evaluación de resultados, además de câmbios en Ia legislación dei trabajo, sobre todo en Ia procesal, son algunas de Ias acciones que pueden conducir Ia superación de los factores restrictivos, dando lugar un beneficio colectivo.Estudo exploratório com o objetivo de identificar que fatores têm agilizado e/ou restringido a prestação jurisdicional trabalhista no Estado do Espírito Santo, assim como que ações agilizadoras poderiam ser adotadas. Analisa os fatores elencados por trinta entrevistados diretamente relacionados à organização em estudo, à luz da abordagem sistêmica da Administração e de suas características de 'burocracia togada'. A orientação da proposta de mudança é no sentido de tratar a Justiça do Trabalho do Espírito Santo como uma organização sujeita a critérios de eficiência, eficácia e produtividade, melhorando sua atuação basicamente no que diz respeito à agilidade e à valorização do ser humano (no âmbito interno, ou seja, seus recursos humanos; e no externo, seus usuários). Conclui pela necessidade de inovações que conduzam a soluções diferentes das convencionais, como o aumento do número de juizes, juntas e tribunais.
