Resumo: | That research intends to analyse Geisel s government and the II National Development Plan, checking if that economic policy represented the implementation of a new pattern of capital accumulation in Brazil, or if it was simply a more advanced of accumulation of durable goods which was already in practice in Brazil in the previous economic plans.
