Resumo: This paper proposes to create theoretical issues, notes and reflections about matters considered fundamental for an improvement of the media field in favor of the valorization of "ethos-citizen". We begin with the stimulus for the debate on ethics and partisanship of the press, seeing critical reflexes about the moral field of the news produced by the conglomerates of communication in contemporary times, specifically, from the perspective of electoral contexts in Brazil.
