There are different aspects to the study of colors, especially in the application in projects. Between technical knowledge and creation, there are doubts about the application of colors in the created landscapes. The definition of the approaches on the subject and the necessity of their knowledge is important for the delimitation of the plates of color and, consequently, the choice of the vegetables. The application of colors begins in an embryonic, imaginative way when visiting the site and gains different contours as it progresses in design thinking. It appears in the bowels of the graphic representation, in the selection of vegetables and in their proportions. We believe that with this study, we demonstrate another method for the definition of color plates and vegetable selection. The differential in it is the possibility of exploring the application of color in the creation of landscapes that stimulate human perception, not only to promote well-being, but also to stimulate visuality in those who have difficulties in visual perception.
