Resumo: Technological development of phytopharmaceutical products. The transformation of medicinal plants in products with high technological added value represents a strategic approach in order to promote social development. This article presents research results in the area of technological development of phytopharmaceutical products from Brazilian medicinal plants.

Neste trabalho, tomando como modelo um dos grupos de pesquisa existente no Brasil, são apresentados resultados focados no desenvolvimento tecnológico de produtos fitoterápicos oriundos da flora medicinal brasileira.
