Formation of the working class in times of pandemic and capital crisis: the agenda of private hegemonic apparatus

Resumo: | This is a theoretical research based on official documents produced between 2015 and 2020 by multilateral organizations and civil society organizations, as well as news published on the Internet that deal with issues related to education, especially during the period of the new coronavirus pandemic. There is a call for the use of technologies and education in Distance Learning, combined with speeches that highlight socio-emotional competences and teacher training from the perspective of flexibility and centrality in the student as the protagonist of their own choices in light of increasing social inequalities and new requirements from the labor market. Historical materialism was used as the method of analysis, under which the relationship between work and education and the resulting educational policies are apprehended as an expression of the order of capital. In the current historical moment, capital in crisis determines the new training conditions and needs for the working class, materialized by the action of the private hegemonic apparatus and collective intellectuals of capital, these examined in the light of Gramsci’s contributions. |

Lo que se verifica es una apelación al uso de las tecnologías y la educación en Educación a Distancia, asociada a discursos que resaltan las competencias socioemocionales y la formación de profesores bajo la ótica de la flexibilidad y centralidad en el alumno como protagonista de sus propias elecciones ante el aumento de las desigualdades sociales y las nuevas exigencias del mercado de trabajo. Se utilizó como método de análisis el materialismo histórico, bajo el cual la relación trabajo y educación y las políticas educativas resultantes desde ahí se perciben como expresión del orden del capital. En el momento histórico actual, el capital en crisis determina las nuevas condiciones y necesidades de formación de la clase trabajadora, materializadas por la acción de los aparatos privados de hegemonía y de los intelectuales colectivos del capital, examinados a la luz de los aportes de Gramsci.Trata-se de pesquisa teórica realizada com base em documentos oficiais produzidos entre 2015 e 2020, por organismos multilaterais e organizações da sociedade civil, bem como notícias veiculadas na internet que tratam de temas relacionados à educação, especialmente no período da pandemia do novo coronavírus. Verifica-se o apelo ao uso das tecnologias e educação em Educação a Distância, combinado com discursos que ressaltam as competências socioemocionais e formação de professores sob a ótica da flexibilidade e centralidade no aluno como protagonista de suas próprias escolhas diante do aumento das desigualdades sociais e novos requerimentos do mercado de trabalho. Utilizou-se como método de análise o materialismo histórico, sob o qual a relação trabalho e educação e as políticas educacionais daí decorrentes são apreendidas como expressão da ordem do capital.
