Resumo: Can the investment return in training programs be applied to assess the impacts on work by incorporating skills? This issue has encouraged this study to verify whether it is possible to evaluate the financial return on the investment made in training for the development or acquisition of skills by applying the ROI. The literature has shown that it is possible, for professionals in training, to evaluate the financial returns generated by investment in training for skills development.

Tal problemática encorajou a realização deste estudo que se propõe a verificar se é possível avaliar o retorno financeiro sobre o investimento feito em treinamento para o desenvolvimento, ou incorporação de competências mediante a aplicação da fórmula ROI.
