Resumo: This clinical case aims to report a patient reinfected by Sars-cov-2 virus, showing an interval of 35 days between the episodes. Seroconversion to Covid-19 didn’t happen after the first infection, so the patient was infected by Sars-cov-2, however, his body didn’t produce immunoglobulins needed to create immunity to it, therefore, by having another contact with the virus, a reinfection occured. Even though during his first infection, when seroconversion didn’t happen, the patient had remained asymptomatic, by the reinfection he presented asymptomatic frame and seroconversion of immunoglobulins.

Even though during his first infection, when seroconversion didn’t happen, the patient had remained asymptomatic, by the reinfection he presented asymptomatic frame and seroconversion of immunoglobulins.O presente caso clínico objetiva relatar paciente com reinfecção pelo vírus Sars-cov-2, apresentando intervalo de 35 dias entre os episódios, onde na primeira infecção não ocorreu soroconversão para a Covid -19, com isso, o paciente, foi infectado pelo Sars-cov-2 mas seu corpo não produziu imunoglobulinas necessárias para gerar imunidade a ele, logo, ao entrar em contato com o vírus  novamente,  aconteceu uma reinfecção.
