Resumo: We report and discuss the case of a pregnant woman with Breast Cancer. It aims to share with the general medical community: the complex challenge of clinical properly handle the case reported, in addition to presenting current scientific information concerning the report, researched in different data sources specialized by using keywords: breast cancer; gestation; pregnancy. It is a literature search. Approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the University Hospital Álvaro Alvim, Campos dos Goytacazes, RJ. No conflicts of interests (CFM, 1595/2000). Data were systematically analyzed, being constantly focused on the goal of the research.

Objetiva-se compartilhar com a comunidade médica geral: o complexo desafio clínico de manusear adequadamente o caso relatado, além de apresentar informações científicas atuais referentes ao tema, pesquisadas em diferentes fontes de dados especializados, mediante uso de palavras-chave: câncer de mama; gestação; gravidez. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisas do Hospital Escola Álvaro Alvim, Campos dos Goytacazes, RJ. Não há conflitos de interesses (CFM, 1595/2000).
