Objective: Vascular Ring of this case is within the malformations of the aortic arch and main vessels, which represent less than 1 % of all congenital cardiovascular anomalies. ¹ It is a rare and serious disease that deserves attention it deserves. Objective: Report a case about vascular ring. Description : ABC , male , 3 months and 14 days , frame stridor and respiratory insufficiency 2 months ago . Episodes of dyspnea, cyanosis and choking from birth . Chest CT showed aortic arch with duplication, bypassing the esophagus and trachea , and communicating subsequently forming the descending aorta . Comments: This is a case of a rare cardiac malformation, extrinsic compression of the trachea and esophagus by a vascular ring. The symptoms that occur with this disease are common in children, and often does not call attention from relatives and doctors. Therefore, one should be alert and suspicious of children with respiratory symptoms such as dyspnea , stridor , cyanosis, and esophageal symptoms .
