Introduction: Tuberculosis control requires integrated and permanent actions in the field of primary care, as well as improving living conditions and reducing social inequality, considering the guidelines and strategies recommended by the National Health System with the evaluation results. Services can overcome difficulties and consequently strengthen the concept of network and achieve continuity of care and integration of actions and services. Objectives: To evaluate the ability of services for assistance to tuberculosis sufferers in the context of integration of programs and services and the coordination of assistance to people with tuberculosis. Materials and Methods: This is an epidemiological, descriptive type survey, carried out across the board. 100 professionals working in the care of tuberculosis responded to a form divided into seven evaluative dimensions, subdivided into components that could receive a score from 0 to 11. According to the assigned value was possible to classify the ability of attention to tuberculosis Limited, Basic, Average and Best. In the first study we used the average of the scores assigned to each component and techniques of descriptive data analysis. In the second study was also performed the T-Student test for independent groups with 95% confidence interval, comparing the averages attributed by nurses and aides / nursing technicians. Analyses were performed with the Statistica software, version 10.0 of Statsoft. Results: In the first study: The dimensions in which there was greater capacity (Reasonable) in the municipality for attention to tuberculosis were the "Organization of Care TB" and "Decision Support". "Links with the Community" was the aspect that was worse capacity (Basic). In the second study, the nurses rated the most effective coordination of assistance to the auxiliary / practical nurses, was no statistical difference of opinions between the categories mainly on information systems. Conclusion: The integration of municipal programs and services is considered Average and has several weaknesses, especially in aspects related to intersectionality, as the interaction with the community. There is still a centralizing the nurse who ends up alone take actions "burocráticas" and reference and counter-reference with other levels of care. We see the need for individual team involvement, public policy, to act together in an integrated manner.
