DIMENSIONS AND ELEMENTS OF TERRITORIAL ECODEVELOPMENT: CASE STUDY IN SOUTH CENTER SALTY VALLEY

Resumo: | This study deals with the territorial development process in one of the thirteen rural areas of the state of Ceará, the South Center Salty Valley Territory, considering the five dimensions of ecodevelopment proposed by Sachs (2002), namely: social, economic, ecological, spatial and cultural. Its general objective, then, is to analyze the relationship between eco-development dimensions in a rural area, in case, the South Center Salty Valley Territory, in order to enable the proposition of sustainable guidelines for the promotion of this type of policy in this territory. In terms of methodology, its development occurred from a qualitative approach, through case study method, with interviews with social actors of the territory and documentary research. Thus, the mapping from the practices and organizational processes enabled specify the five dimensions features the ecodevelopment process, as well as their relationships. Finally, it is recommended a set of proposals that aimed to build a methodological strategy for sustainability of the ecodevelopment. |

Finally, it is recommended a set of proposals that aimed to build a methodological strategy for sustainability of the ecodevelopment.Este estudio versa sobre el proceso de desarrollo territorial en una de las trece áreas rurales del estado de Ceará, el Territorio Centro Sur Del Valle Salgado, teniendo en cuenta las cinco dimensiones del desarrollo ecológico propuesto por Sachs (2002), a saber: social, económica, ecológica , espacial y cultural. Su objetivo general es, pues, para analizar la relación entre las dimensiones de desarrollo ecológico en una zona rural, en caso de que el Territorio Centro Sur Del Valle Salgado, con el fin de permitir a la proposición de directrices sostenibles para la promoción de este tipo de política en este territorio. En cuanto a la metodología, su desarrollo se produjo a partir de una aproximación cualitativa a través de método de estudio de caso, entrevistas con actores sociales del territorio investigación y documental. Por lo tanto, el mapeo realizado a partir de las prácticas y procesos de organización permitió especificar las cinco dimensiones de las características del proceso de desarrollo ecológico, así como sus relaciones. Por último, se recomienda que un conjunto de propuestas para construir una estrategia metodológica para la sostenibilidad del desarrollo ecológico.Este estudo versa sobre o processo de desenvolvimento territorial em um dos treze territórios rurais do estado do Ceará, o Território Centro Sul e Vale do Salgado, considerando as cinco dimensões do ecodesenvolvimento propostas por Sachs (2002), sendo elas: social, econômica, ecológica, espacial e cultural. Seu objetivo geral, então, consiste em analisar as relações entre as dimensões do ecodesenvolvimento em um território rural, no caso, o Território Centro Sul e Vale do Salgado, de modo a possibilitar a proposição de diretrizes sustentáveis para a promoção deste tipo de política neste território. Em termos metodológicos, seu desenvolvimento se deu a partir de uma abordagem qualitativa, mediante método de estudo de caso, com realização de entrevistas com agentes sociais do território e pesquisa documental. Dessa forma, o mapeamento efetuado a partir das práticas e processos organizacionais possibilitou especificar as cinco dimensões características ao processo do ecodesenvolvimento, bem como suas relações.
