Medicating and Comforting Hearts Project: contributions to the human formation of nurses

Resumo: In the world of work, the differential is based on the individual values and skills that the young person obtains during graduation. To analyze the contributions of the project Medicating and Comforting Hearts as a strategy for personal development and human formation of nurses. This is a descriptive study of qualitative approach carried out at the Faculdade Adventista Paranaense, in which participated, nursing teachers, egress nurses and students who participated in the project. Data collection was performed through analysis of the project documents and semi-structured interviews in a digital platform. For the graduate student, the project enabled his personal development, spirituality was seen as an opportunity for strengthening, recognizing that there is something more than physical healing.  The graduate developed an assistance focused on humanization in his practice and on the integrality of the human being. The professors evidenced the contributions idealized by the project and by the students' reports.

Analisar as contribuições do projeto Medicando e Confortando Corações como estratégia para o desenvolvimento pessoal e formação humana do enfermeiro. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo de abordagem qualitativa realizado na Faculdade Adventista Paranaense, no qual participaram, docentes de enfermagem, enfermeiros egressos e alunos que participaram do projeto. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de análise dos documentos do projeto e entrevistas semiestruturadas em plataforma digital. Para o graduando o projeto possibilitou o seu desenvolvimento pessoal, a espiritualidade foi vista como oportunidade de fortalecimento, reconhecendo que existe algo a mais que a cura física.  O egresso desenvolveu uma assistência voltada a humanização em sua prática e na integralidade do ser humano.
