Aprendizagem grupal. Aprendizagem individual. Níveis de aprendizagem. Supermercados. ABSTRACT The aim of this article was to verify and analyze the relationship between individual (IL), group (GL) and organizational (OL) levels, replicating studies conducted in 2010 and 2011 in the hospital, financial and industrial segments with the purpose of validating the results in the retail segment (supermarkets) in the context of 2021. For this, we used a descriptive survey, with quantitative approach of the data collected in supermarkets in the northwest and northeast mesoregions of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Data were collected through physical questionnaires applied to 100 workers and analyzed through structural equation modeling and use of SmartPLS software. The constructs were measured as second-order latent variables (LV). The results showed that in supermarkets, GA is considered especially relevant in the passage to OL, being understood as a means of entry for OL. It is concluded that, after a decade of studies on the interlevel relationship of learning, considering a new context and segment, the statement that the occurrence of the three levels of learning is dependent on the circumstances and nature of the content to be learned remains valid. Keywords: Organizational learning. Group learning. Individual learning. Levels of learning. Supermarkets. |
