Resumo: Este trabalho realiza uma análise sobre a importância do capital humano para o crescimento econômico, e faz uma reflexão sobre as teorias que explicam como os investimentos em capital humano impulsionam o desenvolvimento. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa e de revisão de literatura, que tem como base um estudo sobre o tema abordado. Como conclusão, o estudo constata que o investimento em capital humano tem o poder de modificar toda uma sociedade. Palavras-Chaves: Capital Humano. Crescimento Econômico. Economia. ABSTRACT This work makes an analysis on the importance of human capital for economic growth, and reflects on theories that explain how the investment in human capital drives development. It is a qualitative research and literature review, which is based on a study of the topic discussed. In conclusion the study constanta that investment in human capital has the power to change an entire society.
