A pesquisa do artigo tem o objetivo de investigar os empregos verdes na promoção da sustentabilidade nas relações de trabalho. O objetivo geral do artigo pretende pesquisar a relação entre o emprego verde e o trabalho decente, como a definição de emprego verde e trabalho decente e digno. O artigo pretende estudar o uso e o acesso de empregos verdes na promoção da sustentabilidade, diante da crise mundial do trabalho e da economia. Pretende analisar a vinculação do desenvolvimento sustentável e da sustentabilidade através da geração de empregos verdes, como uma forma eficaz de se construir uma nova economia verde sustentável. Por fim, na pesquisa do artigo foi utilizado o método indutivo, usando as técnicas do referente, da categoria, do conceito operacional e da pesquisa bibliográfica. Palavras-chave: Empregos Verdes. Sustentabilidade. Relações de Trabalho. ABSTRACT The article research aims to investigate green jobs in promoting sustainability in labor relations. The general objective of the article intends to research the relationship between green employment and decent work, as the definition of green employment and decent and decent work. The article intends to study the use and access of green jobs in promoting sustainability, given the world crisis in work and the economy. It intends to analyze the link between sustainable development and sustainability through the generation of green jobs, as an effective way to build a new sustainable green economy. Finally, in the research of the article, the inductive method was used, using the techniques of the referent, the category, the operational concept and the bibliographical research. Keywords: Green Jobs.
