Este artigo objetiva investigar a complexidade e a subjetividade na construção das relações de poder através do carisma, sob uma condição inicial indistinta, gradativa e não-linear até a construção performática e discursiva do sujeito que o emprega. Sob a ótica da teoria da complexidade, visamos analisar técnicas de validação de estratégias discursivas, além de mecanismos interpretativos da Análise de Discurso postulados por Foucault. Alicerçados aos ritos de materialização e aplicação das técnicas de si, na construção de sentidos e na performance do carisma, tomamos como objeto de investigação a personagem Dean Winchester, protagonista da série Supernatural (2005 – 2020), a partir de suas produções discursivas e relações sociointeracionais para estabelecer relações discursivas, tempo/espaço, identificar, além de estratégias afetivas, na observação da trajetória da personagem, a construção do carisma associada à estruturação de sujeitos, discursos e sentidos. Diante do exposto, para obtermos resultados significativos acerca da construção do carisma e sua complexidade, buscamos os processos de composição desse traço discursivo, partindo do pressuposto das relações de saber/poder na sociedade e tomando como espelho a personagem supracitada para materialização simbólica do carisma em sua capacidade de persuasão, compreendendo, para tanto, a complexidade deste fenômeno e sua aplicação na formação do sentido que a personagem produz no interior de seu espaço de atuação. Palavras-chave: Carisma. Dean Winchester.  ABSTRACT This article aims to investigate complexity in the persuasive process and subjectivity in the construction of power relations through charisma, from an initial indistinct, gradual and non-linear condition to the performative, persuasive and discursive construction of the subject who employs it. From the perspective of complexity theory, we sought to analyze techniques for validating discursive strategies, as well as the interpretative mechanisms of Discourse Analysis postulated by Foucault. Based on the rites of materialization and application of the techniques of the self in the construction of meanings and the performatization of charisma, we took the character Dean Winchester, the protagonist of the series Supernatural (2005 – 2020), as our object of investigation, based on his discursive productions and socio-interactional relationships in order to establish discursive relationships, time/space, identify, in addition to affective strategies, in the observation of the character's trajectory, the construction of charisma associated with the structuring of subjects, discourses and meanings. In view of the above, in order to obtain heuristic results about the construction of charisma and its complexity, we searched for the processes of composition of this discursive trait, starting from the assumption of knowledge/power relations in society and taking the aforementioned character as a mirror for the symbolic materialization of charisma in its capacity for persuasion, understanding the complexity of this phenomenon and its application in the formation of the meaning that the character produces within his space of action. Keywords: Charisma.
