Este artigo busca analisar a ação dos partidos na formação de governos estaduais. O debate sobre presidencialismo de coalizão, em geral, é focado na relação entre Executivo e o Legislativo no nível federal. No entanto, paulatinamente, têm surgido estudos sobre as realidades subnacionais. Assim sendo, este estudo visa apresentar achados sobre a formação de governos no estado do Piauí, a partir da composição das secretarias com partidos com representação no legislativo e, mais especificamente, com deputados estaduais. Palavras-Chave: Executivo-Legislativo. Coalizão. Legislativo Subnacional. Política Piauiense. ABSTRACT This article seeks to analyze the action of parties in the formation of state governments. The debate on coalition presidentialism, in general, is focused on the relationship between the Executive and the Legislative at the federal level. However, gradually, studies on subnational realities have emerged. Therefore, this study aims to present findings on the formation of governments in the state of Piauí, based on the composition of the secretariats with parties with representation in the legislature and, more specifically, with state deputies. Keywords: Executive-Legislative. coalition.
