A Política Pública de Assistência Social no Percurso da Travessia Social / The Public Policy on Social Assistance in Social Traverse Route

O presente artigo propõe trazer reflexões acerca da Política Pública de Assistência Social, na perspectiva do Sistema Único de Assistência Social, bem como buscar compreender o contexto neoliberal em que esta, se insere, fundamentado nos atuais ajustes fiscais, especialmente naqueles em que situa o desmonte das políticas públicas de cunho social, tendo como aporte a proposta lançada pelo PMDB, no que se refere à Ponte para o Futuro no ensaio da Travessia Social, como mola propulsora do Governo Temer. Não é proposta deste artigo realizar um estudo aprofundado deste documento, ele servirá, sobretudo, para delimitar em que contexto buscaremos perceber a Política Pública de Assistência Social. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório, bibliográfico e de cunho qualitativo. É mister salientar que as considerações trazidas neste artigo são superficiais e preliminares, tendo em vista a necessidade de aprofundamentos e análises mais aguçadas das questões aqui apontadas. Palavras-chave: Estado. Assistência Social. ABSTRACT The present article proposes to reflect on the Social Assistance Public Policy, from the perspective of the Single Social Assistance System, as well as to understand the neoliberal context in which it is based, based on the current fiscal adjustments, especially in those where it dismantles the public policies of a social nature, based on the proposal launched by the PMDB regarding the Bridge to the Future in the Social Travessage trial, as the driving force behind the Temer Government. It is not the purpose of this article to carry out an in-depth study of this document, it will serve, above all, to delimit in what context we will seek to perceive the Public Policy of Social Assistance. This is an exploratory, bibliographic and qualitative study. It is necessary to emphasize that the considerations brought forward in this article are superficial and preliminary, considering the need for deepening and more acute analysis of the issues mentioned here. Key words: State.
