Resumo: This article aims to think about the difficult process of individuation in Ancient Greece. We start from the domain of arms, in which the warrior stands out from others and seems to individualize himself by means of heroic acts. We deal with the world of heroes sung by Homer so as to raise the question whether heroic acts and the glory won as a consequence of those acts can be regarded as testimony to this process of individuation.
