Resumo: ABSTRACT: The article examines two writings by Oskar von Bülow that, despite being published in the 19th century, still today, impact on procedural law studies. The formalized research intends to test the hypothesis that, by the works Die Lehre von den Processeinreden und die Processvoraussetzungen and Gesetz und Richteramt, Oskar von Bülow made an important contribution to the increment of Nazism. Addressing the problem of judicial autocracy sustained by bülowian academic production, the research adopts the hypothetical-deductive method. As for the objective, it is exploratory and explanatory. Due to the techniques employed, it is bibliographic and documentary. KEYWORDS: Oskar von Bülow; Free Law Movement; Nazism; Judicial Autocracy.
