Resumo: RESUMO O texto analisa a complexa passagem das mulheres da exclusão para a inclusão. Deixa visível uma série de tensões não resolvidas na teoria e na prática da cidadania que, de maneira um tanto simplista, poderiam ser resumidas como tensão entre direitos individuais e direitos comunitários - conseqüentemente, entre estatuto de cidadã e estatuto de membro de uma comunidade -, e como tensão entre independência e interdependência.
