Resumo: | One of the most fundamental aspects of international politics in the 21st century is the process of renewing and rebuilding the architecture of global governance, especially with the re-emergence of developing countries in the 1990s and the beginning of the century. Multiple forms of exchange between developing countries have been classified as South-South Cooperation (SSC). There is, however, no consensus on how to operationalize South-South Cooperation. It can be said that, in Brazilian SSC predominates a technical cooperation focused on human and institutional capacity building. The article aims to examine the role of Mozambique in Brazilian cooperation for international development between 2005-2020. The question that guides the analysis is: what is Mozambique's role in Brazilian cooperation for international development? |

The article aims to examine the role of Mozambique in Brazilian cooperation for international development between 2005-2020. The question that guides the analysis is: what is Mozambique's role in Brazilian cooperation for international development?
