Workflow model as a symbiosis process between the digital preservation of documental cultural heritage and the General Data Protection Law - LGPD

Resumo: Due to the notoriety and uniqueness of documentary cultural heritage, which, once in digital support, demand a preservation strategy that has a major impact on the safeguarding of digital archival documents, and the advent of Law 13.709 - the General Data Protection Law further conditions the aspects related to security. The aim of this study is to Interconnect the preservation criteria of digital archival documents with the General Data Protection Law. The methodology used was a descriptive and documentary research, merging sources permeated in the light of CONARQ booklets, respectively of the technical chamber of electronic documents, RDC-Arq, SIGAD, concept of chain of custody and Law 13.709, the nature of analysis used was was according to the qualitative approach. The main result of this study was characterized by a BPMN structure or workflow of interactions for the preservation of digital archival documents taking into account the document custody chain, the three-age theory analogous to the preservation and security of personal data.

O objetivo deste estudo caracteriza-se em Interconectar os critérios de preservação de documentos arquivísticos digitais com a Lei Geral de proteção de dados. A metodologia utilizada foi de uma pesquisa descritiva e documental, cujas fontes perpassaram à luz das cartilhas do CONARQ, respectivamente da câmara técnica de documentos eletrônicos, RDC-Arq, SIGAD, conceito de cadeia de custódia e Lei 13.709, a natureza de análise utilizada foi conforme a abordagem qualitativa.
