The resisting and re-existing of traditional and extractive populations in Amazon in the Amapaense Amazon territory

Resumo: This study aims to analyze the process of decolonization of colonial thought undertaken in three Amazonian territories in Amapa. For that, we adopted participatory methodologies, with the community members that integrate the local social organizations, with a total of 240 participants. The results demonstrate that the conception of belonging by the Amazonian riverside dwellers goes beyond the use of natural resources, but, above all, the relationships that are established with the environment, and the certainty that their social rights are part of the counter-hegemonic struggle. Therefore, we need to take a careful look at new / old practices, and a look of hope to overcome the challenges of re existing, understanding that collective construction strengthens the fight for the rights of traditional Amazonian communities for the sustainable use of their territories.

Los resultados demuestran que la concepción de pertenencia de los ribereños amazónicos va más allá del uso de los recursos naturales, pero, sobre todo, de las relaciones que se establecen con el medio ambiente y de la certeza de que sus derechos sociales son parte de la lucha contrahegemónica. Por lo tanto, es necesario analizar detenidamente las prácticas nuevas / antiguas, y una mirada de esperanza para superar los desafíos de la reexistencia, entendiendo que la construcción colectiva fortalece la lucha por los derechos de las comunidades tradicionales amazónicas por el uso sostenible de sus territorios.Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o processo de descolonização do pensamento colonial empreendido em três territórios Amazônicos Amapaense. Para tanto, adotamos metodologias participativas, com os comunitários que integram as organizações sociais locais, com um total de 240 participantes. Os resultados demonstram que a concepção de pertencimento pelos ribeirinhos amazônicos, é para além do uso dos recursos naturais, mas, sobretudo das relações que são estabelecidas com o meio ambiente, e a certeza de que seus direitos sociais fazem parte da luta contra-hegemônica.
