Primeiramente é debatida a importância da educação no panorama contemporâneo de desenvolvimento econômico, contextualizando, justificando e delimitando o problema do sistema de ensino e dos bacharéis em direito frente a este. O objetivo geral é investigar a representação do discente em direito acerca do sistema de ensino na sociedade capitalista contemporânea através da teoria da reprodução de Pierre Bourdieu e dos valores da educação ambiental transformadora. Após são narradas as experiências e trajetórias do autor, denotando o seu envolvimento com as questões da educação e do meio ambiente, bem como do próprio objeto de pesquisa, que compõe desta maneira o método da observação participante. É detalhada a teoria da reprodução de Pierre Bourdieu, especialmente, em relação aos conceitos de ação pedagógica, violência simbólica, sistema de ensino, trabalho pedagógico, trabalho escolar, autoridade pedagógica, comunicação pedagógica, relação pedagógica, exclusão. Depois de descritos e analisados seus principais conceitos e visões acerca do ensino; é analisada a relação de complementaridade e contradição perante a Educação Ambiental Transformadora inserida no modo de produção capitalista. É descrito o funcionamento do campo jurídico, apresentando o método sociológico de Pierre Bourdieu para compreender o ensino e o trabalho jurídico. Consequentemente analisa o lugar do bacharel no sistema de ensino e no campo jurídico. Analisa os dados coletados junto a uma turma de segunda série do Curso de Direito da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande – FURG. Produz uma crítica a tal ensino e descreve as potencialidades transformadoras do mesmo em torno do conceito de justiça. Apresenta o conceito de justiça ambiental sob os princípios da educação ambiental transformadora e da teoria dos híbridos de François Ost e Bruno Latour. Por fim, serão deduzidas as considerações finais acerca dos resultados obtidos neste estudo. Conclui-se que por meio conceito de justiça ambiental sob os princípios da educação ambiental transformadora e da teoria dos híbridos de François Ost e Bruno Latour ofereça-se ao campo jurídico um horizonte. Neste sentindo, um espaço intermediário entre o homem e a natureza, onde o valor do justo possa ser reapresentado. Justiça que consiga conectar os resultados do trabalho jurídico a realidade socioambiental, de modo que perceba que não se faz justiça distante dos conflitos instalados pelo capitalismo. De forma, que o habitus jurídico transformador se constitui a partir de uma visão maior do que é a vida, que não é uma vida externa depositada na natureza, se não uma vida que é a relação de si, do outro e do meio.This dissertation deals with legal education of law graduates from Pierre Bourdieus’s theory of reproduction and theory of Transformative Environmental Education. Firstly it is discussed the importance of education in the contemporary perspective of economical development, contextualizing, explaining and delimiting the problem of the educational system and law graduates towards it. The general objective is to represent the portray of the law student due to the teaching system in the contemporary capitalist society through the Pierre Bourdieus’ reproduction theory and the values of the transforming environmental education. After are narrated the experiences and trajectories of the author, denoting their involvement with the issues of education and the environment, as well as the research object itself, thus composing the method of participant observation. It detailed the theory of reproduction by Pierre Bourdieu, especially in relation to the concepts of pedagogical action, symbolic violence, educational system, educational work, school work, pedagogical authority, pedagogical communication, pedagogical relationship, exclusion. Once described and analyzed their main concepts and insights about teaching, analyzes the relationship of complementarity and contradiction before the Transformative Environmental Education inserted into the capitalist mode of production. It described the functioning of the legal field, presenting the sociological method of Pierre Bourdieu to understand the teaching and legal work. Consequently analyzes the place of the bachelor in education and legal field. Analyzes data collected from a class of second series in the Law Course at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande - FURG. Produces a criticism of such teaching and describes the transformative potential of the same environment of the concept of justice. It presents the concept of environmental justice under the principles of transformative environmental education by François Ost and Bruno Latour’s theory of hybrid. Finally, the final considerations about the results obtained in this study will be deducted. It follows that through the concept of environmental justice under the principles of transforming environmental education and of the theory of hybrids from François Ost and Bruno Latour to be offered the legal field a horizon. In this sense, an intermediate space between man and nature, where the value of the just can be resubmitted. Justice that could connect the results of legal work to the socio environmental reality, in a way it can be perceived that justice is not done apart from the conflicts installed by capitalism.
