Resumo: We present the results of the taxonomic study of Surirella genus in eleven aquatic environments, including isolate water bodies and channels between the islands of the Delta do Jacuí State Park. This park is located in the Guaíba hydrographic Basin, Rio Grande do Sul State. Five species and six taxonomic varieties are described and illustrated. Surirella tenera Gregory and S. engleri O. Müller were the most frequent species. S. tenera var. constricta Hustedt e S. rottii Lange- Bertalot, are new reports for the State.

Este parque encontra-se inserido na Bacia Hidrográfi ca do Lago Guaíba, no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. São descritas e ilustradas cinco espécies e seis variedades taxonômicas.
